I purchased 2 disposable vape pens, it was busy at the store so I told them to give me whatever. They gave me 2 Foray pens and gave me 2 side chargers. When I asked what the chargers were for they said the pens act up but put them on the charger. They said Foray sent the chargers to rectify the issue. I felt hesitant but they were busy so paid and left. Of course the charger didn't fix the pen when it stopped working. I went in and was told I'd have to call the manufacturer. Okay I get not being able to take returns - but had that extra detail been advised at sale I probably would have asked to switch the pens. But no worries! I'll apparently get extra stuff when I contact the manufacturer... Advise your staff when selling a product with a known issue - to also be clear that the store can't do anything for you as that might affect the decision to buy. Likely won't return.
