$6 for delivery? I think all but one other dispensary in Guelph offers free delivery. The other charges $2. Are you trying to deter people from ordering by delivery? You have a great menu but I pass every time because there is simply no need for anyone to pay for delivery to get what they want in Guelph. You will see an increase in business if you change this, I assure you.

Since J. Supply Co. opened in Guelph I've always looked at their menu first when planning to order as they are my neighborhood dispensary. Around the time the store opened I became a medicinal cannabis consumer after 25 years of recreational use. When the store opened it was difficult to meet my medicinal needs there or at any single retailer. Over the years it has become quite easy to do at J. Supply Co. In my opinion, this is a metric that shouldn't be ignored. What this tells me, and I hope those of you reading this, is that the primary goals of the J. Supply Co. team are improving upon the J. Supply Co. experience and always having their customers leave happy. I had a small issue with an order yesterday. When one of the owners became aware of my dissatisfaction he contacted me immediately to make things right. There was nothing more important to him than making things right with me. In any given instance, and in the long-term, J. Supply Co. will do better. Better than they did last week and better than anyone else in Guelph. Thank you for your help yesterday James. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. To anyone reading this I kindly ask you to give this family owned business a chance. You won't be disappointed, I assure you.
