I had a truly terrible experience here - it felt like a borderline scam. I'm quite offended.
I pre-ordered was given the wrong product, without a chance to check it before purchase. When I opened it and saw the wrong number of items, I checked the package and saw it was the wrong product! When I try to exchange it for the products I had preordered, the manager told BC law prohibited it!
The manager was totally unequipped to fix the problem, and offered me literally nothing. It only cost me $25, but it offended me to my core.
