| Very disappointed and upset over the customer service I recieved today from the 2 older ladies around 350pm. The Grey haired lady comes out of the back saying we had a discussion about a certain product when I asked if they had any. I said who me and joking said was it bad or good she goes bad when you returned the frizzle? I said what is that that was not me never heard of that then they said we'll the other person looks identical to you I said I never have made a return. They still insisted it was me. I usually go in the evening late after work and never see them the guy working is excellent and very helpful was in yesterday and he was great to deal with. However after the way I was treated by those 2 older ladies I won't be back I am Indigenous so we must all look alike to those two. Very disappointed and angry we were good customers there alot and those two have ruined it and I will be sure to tell our friends and family to go to 420 where they will not be falsely accused and be treated with kindness and respect. | ||

| Two times we went in there in a row and what was advertised online and what we got was not the same THC. Second time the THC was advertised as 33 got home top sticker said 18 then we peeled the sticker that was over top and it said 17. We called left a message and no one could be bothered to call back and explain. We have been long time customers too. This experience sent us to VALUE BUD and their selection is enormous and incredible prices! We won't be back to bridge bud. | ||
