| Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Middle-aged older lady with pink hair that works there, doesn't know a thing about guest and customer service. I entered the store upon which you need to wait, which is normal for these stores, where someone has to greet you to come inside. I was not greeted. I had no idea anyone was there. It's a normal response to say something like, " High there be with you in just a minute." Instead, what happens after two times of me calling out " hello is Anyone there." This lady with pink hair comes around the corner with a scowl on her face and tells me, " patienced is needed at this establishment " which I confusedly replied." I wasn't being rude" let's me in and gives me such attitude I decided to take my business somewhere else , I highly recommend going to the one in New Hamburg very pleasant nice people there. | ||
