| Not impressed by my interactions yesterday at the store. I went in the morning and was helped by Mason B. I had achieved a 15% discount with their loyalty program and was redeeming it. When he mentioned the total I was a bit shocked as it was more then I had estimated from the website. I didn't say anything at the time and took my receipt. I had a chance to review the receipt later in the day to find out that instead of honoring the sale prices on a few times that was 24% off he only applied 15% so I ended up paying $9 more then I should have. I understand the loyalty program has been changing and you are unable to apply the discounts to sale items now and that's fine but it's up to the employee to educate the customers on this and offer to not put the sale items under the 15% discount so I can take part in the sale of 24% off. I am a very long time loyal customer to Sessions and the loyalty program has been going down hill the last year or so. I called the store and spoke to Mason G and asked if I could return the items because I am not paying $9 more when I do not need to. He advised I could come in to return them. When I went in that evening Mason G was very dismissive when I was trying to explain my frustrations with what happened. I won't be returning to Sessions after this. My biggest issue is Mason B did not pay attention when selling the items and educate the customer you can no longer apply discounts to sale items (totally fine with this by the way) and the .. | ||
