Last week I made a delivery order from this store. I ordered and paid for 14g of a Redecan product. I received 3.5g (Redecan mislabelled it apparently?). It's been going on a week now and after THREE phone calls to customer service with promises of callbacks I finally got a callback and they offered to give me 20% off my next couple of purchases. Which would mean I would have to "try" to buy at least another 28g to even come close to getting my money back. I asked instead for a refund as I didn't want to deal with them anymore as a result of this terrible experience and they went silent and haven't heard back from them. Pretty much the worst customer experience possible in this situation.
P.S. the customer service person I was just on the phone with (I'm guessing is maybe the owner) said they would give me a 20% discount on my NEXT order but only IF I changed this review to make it more favourable and not be a 1 star review. This honestly makes me kinda wish there was a way to give zero stars. What a waste of time, money and frustration it was dealing with this. To be clear CS supervisor: this review is not on being shorted, I have left another review about that for Redecan. This review is how badly it was handled by the Hunny Pot up to and including being bribed to change my review and having to argue to even get a refund.
P.S.S. 24 hours later, they have the product back and I have no refund as of yet, even though I was told they would issue a refund as soo ..
