I bought a $43 disposable THC vape from Spiritleaf Heritage Links and it turned out to be defective — it didn't work right out of the box. I realized shortly after leaving the store and called immediately to report the issue. I had thrown the packaging in their in-store trash and explained that, but the staff refused to help and told me to come back in person — even though I live 20 minutes away.
I understand store policies, but the lack of flexibility and empathy from the employee was disappointing. No effort to verify the purchase, no solution offered beyond "come back," and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by a faulty product, that the employee recommended.
I've had better experiences at other Spiritleaf locations, but this one left a bad impression. I expected better support for a loyal customer.
