| I dropped in on Friday, June 14, after a visit to Life Labs, and had the good fortune to meet, and be served by, the lovely Olivia, a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful young woman who quickly determined my smoking preferences(pretty obvious to begin with😊), and what I was looking for that visit. We began a long conversation, during which she showed me around the amazing selection of products, guided by my stated tastes. She made a couple of product recommendations, which I used to make purchases!! Our chat continued as she joined me out front and waited in the sunshine with me for my ride to arrive. I have been a Tokyo Smoke fan since I arrived in Whitchurch-Stouffville early in '23, and, as I promised Olivia, will be returning often to the Tenth Line location, beginning late this week, as I will be in the area on Friday morning. Tony, an impressed, and more than satisfied visitor looking forward to being served by any of the staff here, based on my own experience and the many other favourable reviews of Tokyo Smoke Tenth Line!! | ||

| From the moment he approached me in the store until he had helped me complete my purchase, Zach was as friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful as I could have hoped for...he asked all the right questions, and went to great lengths to learn exactly what I was looking for, and offered me a choice of products he felt would meet my requirements...he succeeded brilliantly!!🙂 | ||
