PLEASE READ. Very poor customer service from Shift Supervisor the evening of MAY 30, 2025. Unfortunately, I had a terrible conversation. This is how it went: I sadly broke my 14mm banger and required a replacement. I checked The Joints website to see if Sage Creek location had 14mm bangers in stock. The website said they had 1 in stock. From past experiences, I decided it's best i call to confirm their stock. Immediately upon answering the phone, this employee had an awful attitude. This disgraceful attitude and impolite tone instantly made me feel a sense of unease. I proceeded to ask if they had 1 in stock. The employee said no. I politely asked for help finding a location that does have some in stock. The employee told me no, that I would need to check the website and see for myself. I said the websites stock isn't accurate, is there a way you can help me find a location that does have some in stock? The employee told me they are too busy to help me. I asked if there was a manager or supervisor that could help me. The employee then said he is the Supervisor. I said okay, may I have your name please? The supervisor said he cannot give me his name. I hung up. I then went to the St Mary's location. Who were also sold out. However this supervisor at the St Mary's location helped me find one. I thanked the St Mary's location for helping me because Sage Creek said they were too busy to help me. They said that location is never busy. So 10 starts for st marys location ..

Was there the other day, and the guy working was very rude and unprofessional. Very poor communication and poor knowledge of their products. They also need a better system when they have multiple customers inside the store at the same time. They have no way of knowing who's next in line because there is no line. They just ask whose next? I've seen way too many time people get stuck waiting for people who came inside after them. I've been going there for over 15 years now, and I can tell you it's nothing like what it used to be.
