| I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience at your FOUR20 Beltline location (640 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R 0A9) today, approximately one hour ago. I visited the store just before closing time and was immediately asked about my intended purchase and payment method. When I stated that I would be paying with cash, I was informed that only card payments were accepted. I explained that cash is a legal tender in Canada and should be accepted as a valid form of payment. However, I was told that I had no choice but to pay by card. I tried to explain that refusing cash payments is not in line with legal standards, but I was met with resistance. As the conversation continued, it was close to 2 AM, and I was asked to leave the premises. At that point, I agreed to pay by card and clearly stated my willingness to do so. Despite this, I was still asked to leave the store in a rude and dismissive manner. The assistant manager, Vishwaroop, handled the situation in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful way. His attitude was rude and condescending, and when I told him that I would be filing a complaint, he mockingly told me to go ahead, saying, "Go and complain, I don't care." This response is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a management representative. This is not just my experience—many of my friends and other customers have had similar negative interactions at this particular location. The staff at this store have deve .. | ||
