| I wish I could give it 0 stars. Every time I have to deal with the short, skinny, effeminate voiced male who never takes his ugly hat off, I have a bad experience. His attitude is total garbage, and he refuses to honor deals (like monday 10% off) just because he was too stupid/lazy to do his job and put up a movie quote. We specifically waited until monday for the discount and he refused to honor it despite admitting it was his negligence/stupidity/laziness that they weren't doing it. He literally said "You're right, I dropped the ball" and still refused to honor the sale we waited for. If they fire that loser, I will continue going to this shop as it is right next to my house. But if I have to continue dealing with that moody, angsty, depressed, lazy, unprofessional mouth-piece who refused to honor the deal we go in there for every monday, I will go literally anywhere else in town. Mackenzie is great but needs to hire better staff. | ||
