I have had good experiences at "garden" shops. However, I have had excellent and over the top service here. Contacted about a vape I had lost, took the time to look into it and GOT BACK TO ME! Unfortunately they could not get it however again took time to find something very similar that would fit my need. Even when I went in originally to pick it up however we live in the north and got plagued with snow storms and closed highways they were also able to find something that met my needs in stock (awesome!). They keep me in the loop through social media and actually responds to messages. Even when I had a rewards snaffu they were able to fix it for me :). Definitely worth the drive for me.
