On May 26th at 9:24pm I had a strange experience I would like to share, as it left a poor taste in my mouth. Jake (budtender) was optimistic and apologetic as stock didn't match the website and the computer couldn't handle him typing more than one letter every 3-5 seconds without freezing. When I entered the store, Jake asked my girlfriend to wait inside the front door as she didn't have her ID (she's 30, but sure no problem). As I was finishing my transaction a lady out of no where yells across the store that my girlfriend must move, move now! Jake reluctantly admitted this was his manager (angry blonde shoulder length wearing all black). If you have an issue, treat people with respect (not yelling across the store, where your associate allowed her to wait there). I thanked Jake, and vowed because of his managers lack of respect, they've lost my future business. I strongly suggest any other store that respects customers.
