| Stopped by about 15mins to close (not cool - I'm aware) but apologized profusely and tried to be as quick as possible as I just needed a rig. The girl that helped me was absolutely so so sweet and is not apart of this, but my friends were waiting outside for me as it was just a quick stop and they overheard her male coworkers talking bad about me, complaining how people come in last minute. Now I was trying to be quick, picked the first rig I saw, but they then couldn't find a barcode or sku for it and spent the next 10 minutes running around trying to find one, all for me to have to pick a different rig. Talk about unprofessional LOL. Definitely will stick to Westside. Love the customer service from them, maybe the sweet girl should apply there !! | ||
