I have been a loyal customer at this store for the past 2 years, and I've always had positive experiences—until now. On March 17th, around 8:40 pm, I encountered an employee wearing a beanie and a white t-shirt who was extremely rude and dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional, and it seemed like he was taking out personal frustration on customers.
When I politely asked for his name to provide feedback, he refused and said he wasn't required to share it. I left the store feeling disrespected and even discriminated against, which is unacceptable.
I hope this issue is taken seriously, and appropriate action is taken against this employee to ensure no other customer has a similar experience.
