My experience at Sessions was unprofessional and racially biased. My group was clearly in the store first, yet their staff chose to serve a white woman who entered after us.
I brought this to corporate, thinking they'd take accountability. Instead, they defended the employee's behavior and never addressed the racism at play. If your staff can't recognize who arrived first or treat customers equally, they shouldn't be representing your brand — and the fact that Sessions stands behind this says everything.
We've since taken our business to One Plant nearby. Do yourself a favour and do the same. This location is overpriced and not worth the effort.
