I've been coming to one plant since I moved to Toronto, and have been to 3different locations; but it's Always a bad experience at the Kensington market location.
I bought a cartridge 1g (platinum guava haze 510), which was recommended by the clerk (Kauan B) on the 13th of august 2024. I couldn't try it out because I had to charge my vape. I live in Whitby so I didn't get to try it until later that night. I get home to find out it's not working. ..I'm literally sucking out AIR.
I'm not able to make it back to the city on the 17th Saturday.
I'm making my complain to him about the product and he goes off on a high tone on how he can't take the product back for an exchange or give me a refund. I'm gently asking what's the solution here because I can't spend $40on a catridge that doesn't work…but this dude (kauan B) keeps talking over me saying he can't do anything, he's words were also slurry and had blood red eyes, and I'm sure an employee shouldn't be under the influence of drugs while on the job… it's the discrimination and this man not knowing how to talk to a costumer that puts me off and as far as I'm concerned oneplant lost a costumer due to kauan B unprofessional behaviour.
