As a new customer I was met by knowledgeable & enthusiastic staff who guided me through some new product selections. They were right on the mark with their recommendations! Much appreciated. The only annoying experience is customers have to ring the doorbell to gain entry. Not sure why that is as other cannabis stores in Aurora don't have this barrier to entry. That aside, once inside, the customer service experience is worth the wait.
