| Usually, I spend my weed money at local shops and try to avoid funding the corporate outfits. At OnePlant I was served by Matt, who made me momentarily forget about my ethical concerns. Matt was friendly and attentive throughout my admittedly novice inquiries about vapes and cartridges and batteries about which I knew little (at the time). When I went back a second time I insisted another customer checkout ahead of me, because I wanted Matt. I came back with additional, highly specific and personal inquiries and he adjusted his demeanor accordingly, giving me pertinent information yet again with charm and politeness. I thanked him, tipped him and said I'll be back. The third time I was in a rush, again asking Matt for info specific to my situation and he adapted his communication style yet again, rushing to get me the info I needed. I was in and out in 2 minutes. The product was as close to perfect for me as I could expect. Knowledgeable, approachable and professional, I'll give Matt my business again whether it's at Matt's OnePlant or wherever else. Brandon | ||
