I've unfortunately had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted by a staff member (I believe her name was Emily), who was already assisting another customer. While I understand that she was helping someone, I wasn't acknowledged at all. A simple "I'll be with you in just a moment" or "Feel free to browse while I finish up here" would have been appreciated, especially as I stood there waiting for 15 minutes without any communication.
Additionally, I was informed that they only price match with stores within a 5 km radius. Conveniently, a major competitor, just outside this range, had lower prices—at least $5 cheaper per item.
The experience didn't improve when I left (made it home) and realized I had been given the wrong product. I went back to the store to swap it out, but once again, I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in. (With two staff now one other customer) After waiting for about 5 minutes, someone finally saw me and retrieved the correct item from the back.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of customer service throughout the entire process was extremely disappointing. Given that I could save over $20 by going to your competitors, I'll definitely consider that option in the future.
