| I made an online store order with this levicann location and went to pick up my order after 1.2-2 hours. I arrived to pick up and the cashier didn't know that they took online orders (but they received my order?). I was told a few of the items on my order were not available in store and that they will refund me my 50 dollars back and that I should receive my money within 24 hours. They re-rung up my order without the missing items so I ended up paying 40 dollars to them AGAIN. I never received my refund. I sent an email to the company and they have not responded to my concerns on this. Needless to say I'm disappointed and somewhat suspicious that I might have been scammed? I bought from this location before like 3 times, via online order and had no problems when items were out of stock. I just picked another item that was the same price equivalent as the missing items. They didn't allow me to do this, this time. | ||
