You close At 945 or 10? Door says 10 and your employees close the doors early and say go somewhere else. You have 2 working and are still closed before time on the door. Would not recommend

Wasn't very happy after a visit to this establishment. The staff working seemed knowledgeable but after talking to them a bit more realized they were all going by personal preference. To begin the strains they suggested tasted like chemicals. It was the worst joints I have ever had. It progressively got worse when the flower they suggested were burnt inside the bag. The leafs were brown and you could clearly tell the cannabis was not right and has issues with it. I tried taking it back and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Will never ever set foot in this store again

Super rude and uneducated staff. The lady with red curly hair and face piercings is rude, obnoxious and had no product knowledge. She misinformed me on products causing me to waste money on a non refundable product when I knew exactly what I wanted. Canna cabana do better. If your staff is having a bad day tell them to stay home, I don't need to be treated like that when I am spending money supporting your business.

Update: I recieved a email from head office asking to resolve the issues at hand. After a lengthy email trying to resolve the issue there was no answer and no resolution to the problems at hand. This solidifies the poor service and lack of customer service. Please do not upset your self by visiting this establishment Seem to always find old products, packed 2 or 3 months ago so obviously it isn't fresh. Pricing isn't the best and employees are not very knowledgeable about the product. All in all not a good experience at all.
