If I could give less than one star, I would. A few days ago, I visited Canna Cabana to purchase some cannabis. When I got home and opened the product, I found it completely dry with no humidity pack to preserve freshness. The packaging date was from September, and the product was unsmokable as a result. I returned to the store the next day and was told the manager, Francis, wasn't in. I left my phone number and was assured he'd call me the following day. That call never came. When I followed up, I was told there was a scheduling mix-up and that he wouldn't be in until Saturday. Saturday came and went—still no call. I eventually called the store around 5:30 p.m., only to be met with a dismissive and distracted response. The person on the phone was clearly busy with something else, fumbling around, and not listening to what I had to say. I expressed my frustration, and he handed the phone over to another employee I had spoken to previously, who then told me I should reach out to the distributor directly. I'm sorry, but how is it the customer's responsibility to resolve a product issue with the distributor? In any other retail setting—like a grocery store—the store would handle the issue directly. I'm not sure why Canna Cabana can't provide that same level of accountability. As an Elite member and regular customer who has brought friends and family to shop here, I'm extremely disappointed.
