Customer service sucks. Their website sucks even worse. With bearly any pictures. Which resulted in me getting a product that I'm never going to use. They're making me go into the store to return it. When it was a delivery item. To the owner who commented Yes, I was helped to pick out an item. Sadly, one without a picture. I was told it was a Yoda bowl. Not a giant one. That was much too large for my cylicone pipe. If there was a picture. Perhaps I wouldn't have made this error. Speak to whomever runs your site (as this person should be you) and tell them to fix it! As per the return. This was a delivery item. Why? Because I have disabilities. So why was it so inconvenient for your delivery driver to just come and pick it back up? Considering that he was still out and had just dropped said item off? Shouldn't you try a little harder to help out your customers? Instead of making things difficult or rude about it? Won't be purchasing from here again
