| I've been shopping here for a year and a half and always bring my non shedding hypoallergenic 5lb emotional support dog in with me. Today in 35 degree heat I came in and was refused service because apparently its their policy. On a day like today a dog can't stay on the sidewalk or in the car. It took longer to discuss it than it would have to make a purchase. Rude and unnecessary manager, ridiculous policy, especially on a day when dogs can die in the car. Just lost a regular loyal customer. And I see from reviews this store has been going downhill the last 6 months and losing customers. | ||
