| I just wanted to say a big thank you and recognize the whole team at the Regent park Store For being so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and for going above and beyond for me regarding a certain product that was unavailable (due to no fault of their own) highlighting Marcus and Karan in this particular case. Being a regular customer and getting to know the team and learning from their expertise, I have come to enjoy the sheesh brand of edible drinks… Sadly, they were only available for a short period of time Within the first weeks of their opening and over The following months they have helped me find close substitutes to My preferred product and assured me they would keep an eye out for this product on their upcoming orders and would let me know when and if they would be replenished with the hope of me being able to purchase my desired product. Marcus and Karan Not only remembered my ask and the specific product, but gave me updates when I visited the store on the availability and expected delivery dates, without me, even having to ask them and then to my surprise.. Marcus actually called me personally, going above and beyond letting me know when the product actually arrived after a few months of waiting and was not only able to help me secure the product, but also.. the personal touch demonstrated by Marcus and his level of professionalism and customer service (that I have never experienced) not only built my trust in him and his team, but also in the entire .. | ||
