| I came in and bought $100 worth of disposables. I was sold cartridges that need some sort of battery. I could only notice this once I open them obviously. So I phoned them yesterday and he wasn't overly kind but he said he'll give me a free battery to smoke what they accidentally sold me and hung up on me l!!!!! I wasn't being rude. I was just asking for compensation. Clearly he said it was he was gonna put it on my account and didn't!!! And he knew today would happen And of course it did Today I went to go get my free battery and the little chick there said they don't give away free batteries and I said it'll be on my account in the notes and she said it not and basically said I'm not giving you 10 minutes. I never complain and I'm not a hard person to deal with, but I'm actually shocked at this place. Both employees were so rude and over eight dollars. They wanna fight over all of this but I lost 100 and something dollars over this. I loved this place until they hired young punks who don't give a hoot. Terrible terrible terrible customer service unfortunately because their product is great. | ||
