So they had a new person working and was not able to answer the questions so she efficiently got to another individual and then the gentle man helped answer but when doing the purchase had found out that the G-pen he was selling me was with out battery and did not mention that had to be drawn out. he then promptly returned that one not explaining the full return policy however did say his words sealed so its fine but could have said with receipt never did again minor on the one he gave was just not the right so that one. So with an unopened one with no receipt in the bag witch I had found later they still would not return it Well there was another store and they took it back no questions and I told them I would use it in store and so no one else has this issue for sealed new products the competitors have your stuff attached to your email so they can pull up your history cause lets be honest memory isn't are strong suite and with these strain names, like really, I know with the abundance of returns it must be hard to help one simple customer but other then that good service just not my store in the end
