| Was a regular customer until today. I bought a cartridge on Thursday and tried it last night. It didn't work. Took it back today to get an exchange. Was told by the guy working that he can't do refunds or exchanges and that he's not allowed to. I have to wait till Monday. No that doesn't work with me. Called the Southside location and talked to the manager there. Was told to call back this store in an hour. I do that and the guy acts like he has no idea what's going on and then proceeds to tell me oh yeah because you don't have a receipt we can't do anything. I'm a member and it's in the system. I'll be returning on Monday to deal with this and won't be back. Queen's cannabis a few blocks down is better all around. | ||
