| Store is nice and staff during shopping experiences have been good. However I spent nearly $175 on product that was not consumable due to how wet the product still was. When brought to staffs attention the response I got was "I'm not sure what you're expecting out of this". Well I expect to be able to consume what I've purchased or get my money back to buy something consumable. Neither of these things occurred. I emailed head office on the website, no response. I left the product out for 10 days and it still was not consumable. I have never wasted so much product in my life. I've told all friends and family who shop here, they've also switch dispensaries at this point. I spoke with other local dispensaries who advised to stay away from imagine due to lack of customer service and care. They also advised this is not normal practice for many places. I'll definitely be spending my money somewhere else. Extremely disappointing. Just a heads up to all if you expect to be able to consume your product you purchase. | ||
