The woman who came to let me in was very rude and clearly in a bad mood. When she asked me for my identification and I said I didn't have it(I'm clearly close to 50) she barked at me "well you'll need it" and turned around and walked away.
Once I came back (against my better judgment) with my id she let me in and then again barked at me "what can I get you?" As soon as I said I was looking for cbd oil for my animals she cut me off and very rudely and angrily said " I cannot give you any recommendations on it", this I can understand, but her tone of voice and overall mood was very rude and uncalled for especially in a customer service position.
When I replied that I didn't ask for her recommendation but was in fact there to see what product was available, she was clearly angry that I was even there and said there was only 15 or 50 available. When I said I would take the 15 she went to the back, got it, came back out front, scanned it and then set it on the counter saying (still rudely) receipt or bag? I said no thank you and left.
Rude and ignorant people should not work in customer service. This was before 10 am and I went in friendly and looking for product and left feeling as though I had wasted someone's time by being there. I also left with the knowledge that I won't be back!
