| Extremely frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I was the only customer and it still took 20 minutes to complete my order. On top of that, they asked to see the back of my credit card and when I asked why, she stared at me rudely and said it was just apart of her job. To make it worse, I was left sitting at the window with no acknowledgment — I literally had to honk and call the store just to get someone's attention. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If you're expecting a quick or smooth drive-thru experience, don't count on it. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Having to scan the QR code and then go through the drive thru to complete the purchase completely takes away from the point of the drive thru | ||
