The employees at the upper James location tonight were just rude. I did a pickup and always let them know I'm there and they bring it to me. Today some guy I've never seen before told me to get in line anyways and not one of the employees were even acknowledging I was there for my pickup. I buy from here every day, but after being treated like that today. The customer service used to be amazing when I first started going here and now it's horrible wouldn't recommend!!
