| I purchase a 510 battery asking the store clerk if it was like the Youcan battery that you screw the cartridge on the top. She just rang it through not really answering me and I just trusted that it was. When I opened the box in my vehicle in front of the store to find out it was something completely different with a magnetic tip that you have to screw on, I really didn't want it as it's not practical and I'd be worried about losing the very important magnetic tip. I hadn't used it or even turned in on, we t right back into the store. I was told that I couldn't even exchange it for something else. The store clerk messed up and promptly told me that I'm now screwed and it's basically my problem. So i get horrible service, get sold the wrong vape battery and now I'm screwed and a very unhappy customer. Not impressed!!! | ||
