| I "used to be" a customer till tonight. I went there tonight and it was only when the female staff asked for the ID I came to know that I had left my physical ID at home. So I went to the entry way waiting for my ride. Then this long haired male staff came out being rude and passive aggressive and said I can't wait for the ride there so I went out in the cold, didn't even have a jacket on, and he came out again and said im loitering like I wasn't even right infront of the door. I can understand if that's the policy but there's a way to talk to people. Mannerless customer service people are going to cost the business. Im never buying from the store again and neither are any of my friends. | ||
