I've been shopping at La Canapa for a while now after discovering it just a few shops down from Value Buds. The difference was clear—their selection of products is better, and the staff always take the time to educate me on what they carry. I was so impressed that I stopped shopping at Value Buds entirely!
That being said, my recent experience left me frustrated. I purchased a Strawberry Tsunami Resin cartridge, but it didn't work properly due to what seemed like a clogged airflow. When I returned to the store within 24 hours, the initial sales rep I spoke to didn't provide great customer service and insisted I contact the supplier myself to get authorization for an exchange. This made the process incredibly inconvenient, as I wasn't asking for a refund—just a working product.
Ultimately, the supplier denied my request for an exchange or return. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and turned the situation around. He listened to my concerns, understood my proposed solution, and went above and beyond to help me pick out a new and better cartridge. His efforts ensured I didn't walk away empty-handed, which I really appreciated. Thank you Yash.
