| The person who served me Peter I think, was amazing. This place goes above and beyond what you expect for customer service. If you are new or experienced they are extremely helpful, they will be very honest, and they will try to find the proper product for you instead of selling you whatever. They are winning the customer service war in the cannabis community/industry. | ||

| I went in because they have been rude/patronizing towards my girlfriend so she refuses to shop there. I asked if they do price matching and the guy with the dark beard replied like he was sick of that question and so he said no with no explanation as to why. His colleague gave me the dirtiest stare down of my life as I approached the front counter and asked for what I wanted very politely. I didn't receive or get asked for a receipt. Having knowledge of Wink's price drops I mentioned profit margins for those products are way too high, this upset them and they responded that they can charge more for it and they will continue to raise all their prices. Isn't the cannabis market becoming cheaper and more accessible? Do they assume I'm a budget smoker, know nothing about craft/premium cannabis, terpenes, and cannabinoids? Watch what you ask them or their mood will completely change - this how they judge what type of person you are. They also sold me bud that was packaged in 2021 without warning - products like this should be sent back or submitted for a QA claim to OCS. | ||
