I'm not a frequent cannabis smoker so I popped by this store to look for a strain I used before however they did not have it. Ali, the store manager, suggested me a strain which would be similar to the one I was interested into. After purchasing I opened it to smell the aroma and right after went on google to find out she actually recommended me something which is the opposite that what I was looking for, like, completely the opposite. I came back to the store explaining her everything and that I did want to return it however she refused saying that I have opened the product which I did however I came back to their store less than 10min after purchasing requesting a return of something she advised me wrong. Nothing about return policies is up their website or packaging even in their store. I'd buy somewhere more legit next time or somewhere which is more transparent to their customers.
