| I've been a customer at this store for about 7 months and always had a good experience, but recently Paige truly went above and beyond. Until she helped me, I had no idea I'd been accumulating reward points. She kindly explained the program, showed me how to download the app, and even walked me through how I could convert my points into gift cards. Not only was Paige incredibly informative, but she was also welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the most out of my experience. Thanks to her, I now feel like I'm getting the full value of being a loyal customer. Paige is a true asset to this store, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
