They had a recent robbery (or so I was told). The door is now locked and you have to show ID to get in. I didn't have my ID with me but had a clear picture of it on my phone. The guy wouldn't look at it. Wouldn't let me point out the product I wanted to the person who drove me there. And asked me to leave the store.
I have been a Canna Cabana customer for many years. After I moved to the neighborhood, I was sad that there wasn't a location nearby. When this location opened earlier in 2025, I was happy that it was so close. I have made purchases there 4 times, but there will not be another. I am so disappointed by this experience. There are plenty of other cannabis shops in the city that don't treat their customers this way.
