High Ties Cannabis Store, Embrun ON
Today I was accidentally given something I did not pre-order and I didn't notice until I got home and had already opened the packaging. I called the store right away explaining what happened and they were so understanding and helpful. A cashier named Damien fixed his mistake and paid for the item he had misplaced with his own money. I have a lot of respect for a company or store that fixes their mistake. Highly recommend super friendly staff and incredibly helpful. I'd give 10 stars if possible!
