I've been to this location multiple times before 11 PM (their posted closing time), only to find the doors locked 10-15 minutes early while the neon sign still says "Open." Each time, there were also 3-5 other customers knocking and ringing the bell, but the staff completely ignored us instead of just letting us know they were closing early. On my last visit, after knocking, two guys came out claiming to be customers and told us off for ringing, even though no one was being let in. One of them even locked the door on us and went back inside. It was clear they were just hanging out with the staff, which felt completely unprofessional. If this location wants to close early, they should update their hours or at least communicate instead of ignoring paying customers. Terrible service.
