| Poor management. I went in with a friend, not intending to buy anything. Found a great deal on some pre-rolls in their 30$ or less cabinet. Upon it being scanned at the cash register, the bud tender advised me that the price would be more than expected (42$) the cashier consulted the manager who immediately said I'd have to pick something else, therefore decided not to honour the price the item was listed for on the shelf. Mistakes get made, understandable, but that's not the customer's fault, nor do I believe the retailer gets to change the price at checkout. 2 stars for that kind of stellar customer service. | ||
