This review is purely on service based on my interaction. The male employee working today (Friday 5:15pm) was very blah, had no desire to help find a product or even explain the points system properly. After waiting a few minutes with no employees out front, a guy comes out and seemed annoyed maybe that there were customers to serve? At the checkout he had asked if I have a membership and I said yes I just signed up on the kiosk screen. He asked for my phone number - to which I replied I didn't use my phone number to sign up. He gave me my total and I handed him cash… I asked about how the points program works to collect them and he said "I asked for your phone number" so I said "I didn't use a phone number to sign up I used an email to sign up." He replied "but you didn't give me your email"… so I say "ok but you didn't ask for that, you just gave me a total… so what I just don't get the points?" He proceeds to tell me I'll get a welcome 15% off email… and I said "oh okay but not the 100pts for purchase today?" Then he decided to tell me some BS about how it will take time to update in the system… then says after signing up it will take about 10min..… Again I'm confused because if I put my phone number in when signing up to the account I would have gotten the points? I doubt it is any different, because he would have said that after asking for my phone number. Sounds like a lazy employee who makes excuses for not wanting to do the job.
