| Unprofessional waitress was upset my toddler left a mess and I didn't leave a tip they called me rude I tried to leave a complaint with the manager and their excuse was "I pick up after my child" and "would you do this in someone else's kitchen" first of all, excuse me this is a restaurant a supposedly professional establishment second of all you make 15.80 minimum wage. You should pick the egg off the floor and not complain I worked as a waitress for 8 years when 15.80 was not minimum wage and not once did I complain to anyone let alone a customer I have contacted the labor bored to see if everyone there is being paid fairly because there is no reason for this poor of a customer service or this unprofessionalism I have also contacted the CRA in hopes of an audit as they are a fairly large establishment. They should have more than enough money to pay their workers fairly instead of them demanding a tip just for having to clean. When I did in fact stack my own family's dishes and put away my toddlers high chair, do they expect me to do their whole job for them? I have also lodged a complaint with the better Business bureau so hopefully Barb or Mike sees this review and gets their crap together | ||
