| The store and brand takes zero responsibility for the products they sell, defective or not. They will tell you to keep your receipt if anything is wrong and they will exchange the product but this is not true. They will actually tell you to reach out to the manufacturer yourself and wash their hands of it completely. In my case I did reach out to the manufacturer and provided canna cabana the manufacturer response that the retailer is responsible for replacing product to consumers not the manufacturer. The retail store is the one to deal with the manufacturer. If you want a store that will back the product they sell just head up the road to one of three competitors | ||
