Really do not appreciate the disorganization in the store, staff members are either (and rarely lately) really knowledgeable, or simply unaware. Multiple times they serve people with no queue at all. A lot of products are unavailable and staff doesn't know how until they go get it in the back. Really like the products they sell, but they could do a better job in customer service.
