| First time using delivery through this company and this location, and it will definitely be my last. I placed my order at 12:00 pm and received a receipt confirming a 2–4 pm delivery window, along with an email saying I would receive another message once the store confirmed the order. By 2:36 pm, I still hadn't received any confirmation or update. I called to make sure everything was okay, only to be told that my order had been sitting there waiting for pickup and they weren't sure why I never received a confirmation. At 4:00 pm, the delivery driver began repeatedly buzzing my apartment. I buzzed him in, but he continued buzzing over and over. This happened about five times. I eventually went downstairs to find that he had no idea how an apartment buzzer works and thought the door would open on its own. The buzzer was working perfectly fine and unlocked the door as it should. The driver seemed completely clueless about how to enter an apartment building. I've used delivery services many times before without issue, but this was my first experience with this company and it was frustrating from start to finish. I won't be using this service again. | ||
