| Usually the attendants here are very good. Today, a certain attendant was in and refused to facilitate a return, despite the product not being used at all. This attendant is consistently a difficult salesperson, as she constantly talks about nonsense to customers who are clearly disinterested. She has no sense of urgency and constantly delays the speed of transactions - I have been present while other customers have complained about her taking extremely long to do everything. This attendant does not match the skills of the other workers who are employed here. | ||
